Ontario’s provincial champions have been crowned at Boxing Ontario’s 2025 Golden Gloves.

Held over six exciting sessions at Central Park Athletics from October 16-19 in Windsor, ON, the competition was a display of skill, competitiveness, and determination.

The results from the Golden Gloves shape the roster for the 2025/2026 Boxing Ontario Provincial Team and determine who will represent Ontario at the Canadian Championships.

Gold and silver medalists secured their places on Team Ontario and will have the opportunity to compete at the upcoming Elite National Championships, scheduled for November 25-30, 2025, in Winnipeg, MB, or at the 2026 U17/U19/U23 National Championships from March 18-21, 2026, in Calgary, AB.

For many of the athletes, the Golden Gloves may be the first step on their journeys to compete for Ontario and Canada on the world stage. With the LA28 Olympics on the horizon, athletes were eager to make their marks on the Ontario boxing scene.

Boxing Ontario extends its sincere thanks to Leigh Ann King and the entire Central Park Athletics team for their incredible hospitality and for welcoming the Ontario boxing community into their beautiful, state-of-the-art facility.

Boxing Ontario would also like to thank all the officials, ring doctors, medics, and volunteers for their time and unwavering dedication which made the Golden Gloves Provincial Championships a huge success.

Congratulations to the 2025/2026 Provincial Team and their personal coaches on their outstanding achievements.
