Halton Hills – Boxing Ontario is pleased to announce that Heather and Cameron McIsaac of Bigtyme Boxing Club have been chosen to receive a Town of Halton Hills Municipal Award for their achievements in boxing in 2006 and 2007.  They will be invited to attend an awards ceremony on Monday, November 12th at the Civic Centre in Georgetown. 

Cameron is 17 and Heather is 15. Both are students at Acton High School. They have been boxing since April 2005.

Since then Cameron’s achievements are as follows:

Both of them train very hard. They are in the gym 8 hours per week. All while attending school and maintaining stellar grades.

The weekend of November 8 – 11 2007 Both Cameron and Heather will be
participating at the Ontario Provincial Championships held in Windsor. They along with over 300 boxers from all over Ontario will be vying for gold and a chance to move on to the Nationals.
