This past weekend the prestigious Brampton Cup took place at Century Gardens, located on Vodden Rd in Brampton, ON. Just like the weather in Brampton, the bouts featured were unpredictable. With a record number of entries this year, teams from as far away as Sault Ste. Marie and Saskatchewan came to compete for top honors.
Many bouts this weekend proved to be big upsets but also many were pleasant surprises for some competitors.

Best Senior Novice: Anthony Jean-Gilles – Chris Johnson’s Fighting Alliance, Mississauga
Best Senior Open Female: Erin Krekoski – BEL, Bridgenorth
Best Boxer: Steve Wilcox – Steeltown, Hamilton
