Training Camp – November 21st
A one day training camp is being held for the Elite Provincial Team, competing in the Nationals in Quebec City, Qc in December. This training camp is open to all Elite boxers who are either already on the team, or who have applied to attend.
The training camp will take place at the Waterloo Regional Boxing Academy:

Itinerary:
8am – Opening (special guest speaker)
10am – Boxing Training / Sparring
12pm – Lunch
1pm – Conduct and Team Expectations
2pm – “What I look for…” – Ring Tactics from an IABA Officials View **
Closing presentation from Kimberly Ribble-Orr…. Active Visualization.
** This presentation will run in tandum around an open sparring session. **
