✅ Boxers must arrive to each weigh in with completed book (or temporary book), with completed name, photo, signature, and registration listed in the back.
✅ Ensure you bring your pre-bout medical (download here) completed and signed by athlete and coach.
✅ Coaching Card or registration number with photo ID required at all club competitions and tournaments. If you have not received your 2024 Boxing Ontario Coaching Card, please contact the office at [email protected] to receive your registration number.
✅ Please ensure your Boxing Ontario membership (or membership from your province/territory/country) is up-to-date (2024 membership), as well as your yearly medical, prior to registering for the tournament.
✅ Coach registration is mandatory. Please email [email protected] by Wednesday, January 31, 2024 12:00 PM EST to add your name to the coaches list.
IMPORTANT: BOXERS SHOWING UP TO THE WEIGH-IN STATION WITHOUT BOOKS/COMPLETE TEMPORARY BOOKS, OR COMPLETED MEDICAL FORMS WILL NOT BE WEIGHED IN.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Registration does not guarantee a bout in this tournament. Early registration will improve your chances of a bout.
- THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES WILL BE 480 OR THE JANUARY 17TH REGISTRATION DEADLINE, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
- Boxers that have registered successfully for the tournament but did not get matched for the tournament will have an opportunity for a makeup bout. We will be organizing all the tournament bouts first, and then our attention will turn to makeup bouts. Please be patient for the next few days.

- ATHLETE & COACH REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Wednesday, January 17th, 2024 by 11:59 PM (athletes capped at 480)
- WEIGHT CHANGE DEADLINE: Thursday, January 18th, 2024 by 12:00 PM EST at [email protected]
- DRAW: Friday, January 19th, 2024 at 1:00 PM EST
- TECHNICAL MEETING FOR COACHES: Sunday, January 28 at 7:30pm.

COACH REGISTRATION & ACCREDITATION
- Coaches: Please note, if you lose your wristband, you will have to pay an entry fee.
- If you are not registered as a coach for 2024, you will not be able to corner at this tournament.
- Ontario Coaches: please ensure that you are registered for 2024 and that ALL modules required have been completed along with an up-to-date police check (within 3 years)

Room Rate – Single/Double Occupancy: $140 + 17.52 %tax (13% HST & 14.52% MAT). Extra adult over 14 years will be $10 + tax per person/night. This will be the rates for the boxers.
