Female athletes are invited to a sparring session taking place on the final morning of the 2025 Boomerz Boxing x Boxing Ontario Novice Tournament: Sunday, August 24.

Sunday sparring is open to all female athletes who are registered with Boxing Ontario or Boxing Canada (or their respective NSO) and are not competing in the Sunday finals of the Novice Tournament. Female athletes who are not participating in this tournament are welcome to attend as well. Sparring will be overseen by Boxing Ontario’s Female Development Committee (FDC).

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Ontario boxers are required to be licensed with Boxing Ontario for 2025 and have a current annual medical.
✅ Athletes from other provinces or international boxers must be registered with their respective PSO or NSO.

✅ Mouthguard
✅ 14-16oz sparring gloves. BAG GLOVES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR SPARRING!
