[FDC] All-Female Performance & Development Camp

27 May 2023 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Free

Join Boxing Ontario’s Female Development Committee for the next Performance & Development Camp at BUDO Canada (38C Apex Rd., North York, ON) in Toronto on May 27th. This camp is designed to bring female athletes across the province together to take part in training sessions, seminars, and learn from each other.

Our day will begin with a Nutrition Chat/Q&A with Sylvie Tetrault. Bring your notebook and your questions as Sylvie breaks down nutrition for optimal performance and recovery. She will also leave you with some recipe ideas and tips for maintaining a healthy weight class. We will then have a group mobility session led by Jay from Wall St. Co. Jay will work to create awareness around how mobility can improve your boxing, no matter your level of experience. We will finish off the day with a boxing workout that will include technical and open sparring rounds.
