FDC | Female Sparring @ Women Reign

Female athletes are invited to a sparring session taking place on the final morning of the 2024 Women Reign club competition at Budo Canada on Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 10 am – 12 pm.

Sunday sparring is open to all female athletes who are registered with Boxing Ontario or Boxing Canada and are not competing in the Sunday finals of Women Reign. Female athletes who are not participating in the competition are welcome to attend as well. Registration in advance is required using the form below.

*Athletes’ personal coaches are encouraged to attend this sparring session to provide support.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Boxers (and coaches) are required to be registered for 2024 and have an updated medical.
– Headgear
– Mouthguard
– 14-16oz sparring gloves. BAG GLOVES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR SPARRING!
