Bids for Tournaments
This is the last call for your proposals to host developmental tournaments and provincial championships. In your bid please indicate the event you wish to host, the date, name and location of host hotel along with the room rate and the a cheque for the sanction fee – $275 (this is refunded if you are not the successful bidder). Please feel free to submit any further information you feel will assist the Executive Committee in their decision (draft budget, support of community and volunteers etc.). A call for bids was sent in the paper mailout for March and the electronic newsletter for May consequently final deadline for submissions is June 23th.
