Boxers young and old will assemble this weekend in Brampton to square off in one of the largest amateur developmental tournaments in the nation.  The Brampton Cup, a long time boxing tournament in Ontario, will feature boxers as young as 11 years of age and as old as 45. Over 35 clubs from across Ontario and 4 teams from Quebec will participate in this 3-day event.  For many novice boxers, this tournament is often the stepping stone for their competitive amateur careers.  The event will also feature 3 Canadian Female Champions who are tuning up for Final Team Selection Trials in 2 weeks time.
