This 12-hour workshop also covers key rules of amateur boxing\, fundamental ring craft principles\, guidelines for gym equipment usage\, as well as basic methods to improve motor abilities for athletes aged 6 to 12. \nPLEASE NOTE: This course will be capped at 25 participants.
