The two-day Instruction Beginners (formerly Level 1) course is designed to provide an in-depth introduction into the fundamentals of coaching boxing. \nNCCP COURSE DESCRIPTION: Designed to help coaches assist boxers in the early stages of their competitive careers\, this workshop focuses on basic techniques and tactical principles that every beginner boxer should learn and master. This 12-hour workshop also covers key rules of amateur boxing\, fundamental ring craft principles\, guidelines for gym equipment usage\, as well as basic methods to improve motor abilities for athletes aged 6 to 12. \nPLEASE NOTE: This course will be capped at 20 participants.
