Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Location: Virtual (online). Further information shall follow to registered members. Please prepare for the meeting by downloading the Zoom App.

Registration: Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to register. Contact [email protected] to confirm your membership status.

Proxy: In the case that you are assigning a proxy in your place, please complete the Proxy Form at the bottom of this event listing.

The Boxing Ontario Bylaws shall determine membership and voting rights.

Agenda: As per General By-law No. 1 – 3.10

1. Call to order.
2. Establishment of quorum.
3. Appointment of scrutineer(s).
4. Approval of the agenda.
   • Voting process for online meeting
5. Approval of the minutes of the previous AGM.
6. Presentation of reports (Officers and Committees).
7. Report of the auditor of the corporation or the person appointed to conduct a review.
8. Appointment of the auditor of the corporation.
9. Presentation of the budget.
10. Other or new business.
    • Presentation and approval of Boxing Ontario General By-law No.1.
11. Adjournment of meeting.

All voting shall proceed as per By-law sections 3.14 – 3.20.

The undersigned, being a Member of Boxing Ontario hereby appoints the individual named below as proxy to attend and vote for the undersigned at the Annual General Meeting to be held October 3rd, hereby revoking any proxy previously given.

If a Club is represented by all of its registered Delegates and/or registered alternates at the Meeting, such Club shall not be able to appoint a proxy holder.  (By-Law 3.17)
