The Whip Boxing & Fitness
Welcome to The Whip Boxing Academy. Boxing, Personal Training, Fit Box/Aerobics, Bootcamps, Cardio Workouts, and custom fitness programs – for ages 8 years old to adult. Work-out in a small class size or one-on-one instruction, boxing is a great way to get healthy, improve endurance, coordination, focus, strength and fitness level. Boxing and fitness help to build inner and outer strength, confidence, reduce stress while maintaining or obtaining a healthy personal weight goal. All fitness levels are welcome!
