On Saturday July 1st, there will be a Canada Day celebration at Queens Park (Legislative Building) in Toronto from 11:00am to 5:00pm.This event will also highlight ACTIVE 2010. ACTIVE 2010 is the Ministry of Health Promotion’s campaign to get communities across Ontario and, primarily youth, healthy and active for at least 30 minutes a day.

Boxing Ontario along with Chris Johnson’s Fighting Alliance will be on hand promoting amateur boxing and offering demos to a crowd of an anticipated 20-25 thousand people!

There will be live entertaiment and a kids fun zone. Admission is FREE!

The 40th CHIN International Picnic takes place this Canada Day long weekend, July 1, 2, 3, 2006.This annual event will be held on the grounds of the CNE (Exhibiton Place) with FREE admission all weekend long!

Boxing Ontario in conjunction with Atlas Boxing Club will be hosting a live amateur boxing show. The show will be on Sunday July 2, 2006 at 3pm sharp! It will held in the Better Living Building with, best of all, FREE admission.

This exciting show will feature local competitiors and a few competitors from the US as well. This show is guaranteed to be one of the many exciting highlights of CHIN Picnic 2006!
