Team Canada is back on track.  After a disappointing Monday program which saw the Canadian Team lose three tough bouts, Ontarian’s Adam Trupish and Ibrahim Kamal settled the score winning both of their matches Tuesday at the Men’s World Championships.  

Athens Olympian Adam Trupish (69kg) defeated D. Otgonbeyer of Mongolia by a score of 34-13.  His next opponent in the preliminaries will be Ozturk Orhan of the Netherlands on Thursday.

Toronto’s Ibrahim Kamal (60kg) also coasted in his victory over Nersad Malicevic of Serbia & Montenegro by a score of 27-12.  His next combatant is Yordanis Ugas Hernandez of Cuba on Thursday.

UPDATE – New result for Team Canada

Tyson Cave (54kg) of Novia Scotia defeated Tso Sing Yevng of Hong Kong by RSCO in the 3rd round of their bout on Wednesday, Novemeber 16.  Cave will face Gary Allan Russell Jr of the USA on Thursday.
