As the opening ceremonies draw near, the excitment of these prestigious games grows stronger. In just 8 short weeks Ontario’s own Adam Trupish will make his journey of a lifetime to China. This Olympics is bittersweet for him. See this is Adam’s second time-that’s the sweet part, but this time Adam is hungry for that coveted medal his amateur career is based on. Nothing will get in his way. His coach knows he’s ready and Adam feels it too.

Ontario will be on their seats edge come this August – rooting for our golden boy, Adam.

Every Friday for the next 8 weeks,  Boxing Ontario will pay homage to  Ontario amatuer boxers who paved the road for Adam in the Olympics.

We begin this week with:

Douglas Lewis
