Mary Spencer and Katie Dunn each collected their second straight victories on Wednesday, placing them in the medal rounds at the Women’s World Championships in Russia.
Mary defeated Aruna Mishra of India by a score of 29-12. She will box an opponent from Ukraine on Friday evening.
Katie won over Yu Kyong Ok of Korea by a point decision. She will also box on Friday for a shot at reaching the finals.
