NATIONALS
Congratulations to all of our 2011 Provincial Champions. You have earned a spot at the 2011 Nationals.
· The Senior Canadian Championships will take place in Quebec City, QC from December 7-11, 2010.
· The Junior C & Youth Canadian Championships will take place in Quebec from January 18-22 , 2011.
· The Canada Championships for Youth Males will be at the Canada Winter Games February 20-25, 2011
Ø COACHES- If you wish for your athletes to apply for extra spots available to any of these Canadian Championships you must do so by NOVEMBER 11th, 2010 at 5PM!! You must also let me know if your athlete will be purchasing the uniform if they are selected to attend the Canadian Championships. Please include sizes required. See below for sizes available.
Ø All athletes who apply(non provincial champions) to go to the Canadian Championships and are accepted MUST pay their own way to Quebec.
Team Ontario will be announced on November 22.
You must:
1. Submit the request in writing.
2. Please include who you are submitting the request for (including weight category, senior, youth, jr….etc)
3. You must indicate the rationale for your request. In other words you must state WHY you believe your athlete should be considered for the extra spot(s) available.
4. Indicate if you will be purchasing the uniform.

5. Deadline for applying to nationals and ordering of apparel is Thursday November 11th at 5pm. No exceptions!
