Congratulations to the athletes and clubs who participated in the Canada vs. Poland series this past week. A traveling team from Poland visited the St. Catharines Boxing Club on October 23 and the Bramalea Boxing Club on October 26. Each show boasted 11 bouts and boisterous crowds.
In the October 23rd show Team Canada won 8 of 10 bouts, along with an exhibition matchup. Team Poland fought back on October 26, winning 5 bouts to Canada’s 4, with 2 bouts resulting in a draw. Three of our athletes won both of their bouts, while others were undefeated with only one bout. Congratulations to all who participated!
