Boxing Ontario has teamed up with Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation to host the first “Knock Out Cancer” event. This knockout event will feature cocktail reception, dinner and best of all exciting amateur boxing bouts.Boxing Ontario has confirmed amateur boxers from England will be featured on this prestigious evening’s card.
Keith Labbett, Chairman, believes “This event will create a double win, raising funds for The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and allow amateur boxers to gain much needed international experience to attain their Olympic dreams.”
“We are very excited about this event and trust that this will be a long term partnership that supports both organizations, it will be a great night” said Val Ryan, President, Boxing Ontario.
All proceeds from the event will go to Princess Margaret Foundation’s Gastrointestinal Cancer Research Fund.
