NOTICE OF MEETING
In keeping with our Bylaws, you are hereby notified that the Boxing Ontario Annual General Meeting (AGM) for fiscal year ending March 31, 2015 will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015, at 9:00 AM, at the Toronto Don Valley Hotel & Suites
175 Wynford Dr, Toronto, ON M3C 1J3. There will be no proxy voting at the meeting. Voting members may vote electronically or in person. Nomination forms for election of Directors & Officers will be sent out to the member clubs. Only registered members can nominate, be nominated and vote. We’re very excited to share the developments over the past year and we look forward to seeing you there!
