Are you interested in boxing? Love to teach? Wondering how you can inspire and empower the youth of today?  Then become a BOX-ON! instructor!!! This instructors course will be lead by Kathy Ure one of the founders of this innovative program.  BOX-ON! is a specialized workout program providing Olympic style exercises that focus on fitness NOT physical contact, and increasing participation in amateur boxing and sports. Integrating FUNdamental techniques from actual boxing training methods, the program consists of a warm-up, technical session and cool down. BOX-ON! has been introduced to a variety of organizations including schools, youth & Aboriginal community groups, Boys and Girls clubs and other recreational facilities. The exercises are designed to be FUN, challenging and suitable for all age and fitness levels. Our objective is to encourage children and youth to make physical activity a regular part of their lives and increase their overall health.

Certified instructors are needed to go into schools across Ontario to deliver this FUN, FUNdamental program.  Certification will be held:
